Modifications: Rehydration of ampoules: Add about 0.7 - 1.0 ml modified DSMZ medium 1118 (per L: Casitone (pancreatic digest of casein) 3.0 g; Calciumchloride dihydrate 0.7 g; Magnesiumsulphate heptahydrate 2.0 g) to the vial, mix and allow the suspension to rehydrate for 30 min at room temperature.
